Ki\u015fi \u00e7evreyi alg\u0131lamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda mesleki geli\u015fimde ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oluyor. Aile, \u00e7evre, okul, ki\u015fisel \u00f6zellikler her ortam\u0131n farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131 etkisi ile mesleki bilin\u00e7 olu\u015fuyor. Bu s\u00fcrecin do\u011fru y\u00f6netilmesi en \u00f6nemli hassasiyet olmal\u0131. Bug\u00fcn ilk\u00f6\u011fretimde rehberlik dendi\u011finde daha \u00e7ok ki\u015fisel-sosyal ve e\u011fitsel problemlere odaklanm\u0131\u015f bir yap\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmaktay\u0131z. Belki de ak\u0131ll\u0131ca olan ki\u015fisel-sosyal ve e\u011fitsel rehberlik ile mesleki rehberli\u011fi birbirinden ay\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Mesleki rehberlik ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken muazzam bir alan\u0131 ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 kaynaklarda Parsons&#8217;\u0131n 1909 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk kez <strong>mesleki rehberli\u011fi tan\u0131m<\/strong>lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u201cGen\u00e7lerin \u00e7e\u015fitli meslekleri tan\u0131malar\u0131 ve kendi \u00f6zelliklerine uygun olan meslekleri se\u00e7meleri, se\u00e7tikleri mesleklere haz\u0131rlanmalar\u0131 ve mesleki y\u00f6nden geli\u015fmeleri amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan yard\u0131m hizmetidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. y\u00fczy\u0131lda ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f Ahi Evran, Parsons&#8217;tan yakla\u015f\u0131k 700 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ne demi\u015f bir inceleyelim:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah insan\u0131, meden\u00ee tabiatl\u0131 yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden demircilik, marangozluk, dericilik gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli meslekleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok insan gerekli oldu\u011fu gibi, bu meslek dallar\u0131n\u0131n gerektirdi\u011fi \u00e2let ve edevat\u0131 imal etmek i\u00e7in de bir\u00e7ok insan g\u00fcc\u00fcne ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden toplumun ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in l\u00fczumlu olan b\u00fct\u00fcn sanat kollar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.
