\"\"<\/a>Adalet; (k\u00f6k\u00fc, adl) mastar olarak d\u00fczeltmek, e\u011fri bir yoldan do\u011fru yola y\u00f6nelmek, e\u015fit ve muadil olmak, dengede tutmak, tartmak gibi anlamlara gelir.<\/p>\n

Rahmet s\u00f6zl\u00fckte; ac\u0131ma, \u015fefkat etme, rikkat (yufka y\u00fcrekli, ac\u0131ma ve incelik) sahibi olma, ihsan etme ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015flama gibi anlamlara gelir.<\/p>\n

Adalet kelimesi ile birlikte daha \u00f6nce emek,hikmet kelimelerini kulland\u0131k. Hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ku\u015fatmak i\u00e7in adalet, emek ve hikmetin i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finden bahsettik. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 kelimeye \u015fimdi bir vesileyle (S\u0131r Hocam\u0131z) Rahmet kelimesini de eklemi\u015f oluyoruz. Bir insan\u0131n adalet sahibi olabilmesi i\u00e7in olmazsa olmaz \u00fc\u00e7 \u015feye ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. Birincisi hikmet yani ilim, ikincisi emek yani \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc rahmet yani merhamet\/muhabbet\/\u015fefkat. K\u0131saca ilim olmadan, eme\u011fe sayg\u0131 olmadan, merhamet duygusu olmadan adalet sahibi insan da olamay\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Birbirine yak\u0131\u015fan iki g\u00fczel kelime adalet ve rahmet; adalet ancak rahmetin\/merhametin oldu\u011fu yerde tecelli eder.<\/p>\n

Adalet kainat\u0131n f\u0131trat\u0131na uygun davranmak yani her \u015feyi yerli yerine koymak anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131labilir. Bunun tersi zul\u00fcmd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Adalet matematiksel anlamda e\u015fitlik de\u011fildir, adalet olay\u0131n\/durumun\/ki\u015finin\/nesnenin hakk\u0131n\u0131 vermektir. Adil s\u0131fat\u0131 saf haliyle sadece Rahmana yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar ancak adil olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilirler. \u0130nsan adil olma derdini y\u00fcre\u011finde hissetmeli, adil bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 kazanabilmek i\u00e7in kendisine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak donan\u0131ma sahip olmak i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmelidir.<\/p>\n

Di\u011fer mahlukat incelendi\u011finde yerli yerince hareket etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Kendilerine verilen hudutlar dahilinde g\u00f6revlerini yerine getiren mahlukatta adalet anlam\u0131nda bir problem yoktur. Adalet insan i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015fma kabiliyeti verilmi\u015f olan insand\u0131r. Di\u011fer mahlukat adil olmak zorundad\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ba\u015fka se\u00e7ene\u011fi yoktur. Ancak insan adil olmak i\u00e7in hayat boyu imtihan olur, farkl\u0131 durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131p bunlar i\u00e7inden adil yolu se\u00e7mek zorundad\u0131r. Bu nedenle insan\u0131n hayat y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn bir numaral\u0131 hedefi adil bir hayat\u0131 devam ettirebilmektir.<\/p>\n

En adil insan samimiyetle olaylara en geni\u015f a\u00e7\u0131dan bakan (f\u0131k\u0131h sahibi\/fakih) insand\u0131r. Bu nedenle Rabbimizden en \u00e7ok alimler korkar.<\/p>\n

Adalet ve Rahmet g\u00fc\u00e7 sahiplerinin en \u00f6nemli ziynetidir. Bir anlamda kral\u0131n tac\u0131 adalettir, bu tac\u0131 ayakta tutan da merhamettir.<\/p>\n

Adaletin oldu\u011fu yerde rahmet, bereket ve esenlik bulunur.
