Bug\u00fcn insan genleri \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda bir \u00e7ok duygunun ve \u00f6zelli\u011fin gen yoluyla ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve zamanla mutasyona u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinen bir ger\u00e7ektir. Biz \u00e7ok mu mutasyona u\u011frad\u0131k ki bizi biz yapan de\u011ferlerden bu kadar uzakla\u015ft\u0131k. Kendimize dair kelimeleri kullanmaktan uzak durmam\u0131z\u0131n sebebi bilgisizlik mi, yoksa birileri ne der \u00e7ekincesi mi?<\/p>\n<p>Ahilik kavram\u0131 13.yy itibariyle te\u015fkilat olarak g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olsa da k\u00f6k\u00fc derinlerdedir. T\u00fcrk gelene\u011finin asil kavramlar\u0131 alperenlik ve c\u00f6mertlik orta asyadan at s\u0131rt\u0131nda anadoluya ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, Mekke&#8217;den do\u011fan f\u00fct\u00fcvvet (\u0130slam de\u011ferleri) gelene\u011fiyle bu topraklarda kucakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sebeple te\u015fkilat isminin arap\u00e7a \u201cAhi\u201d yani karde\u015f kelimesinden mi T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u201cAk\u0131\u201d yani c\u00f6mert kelimesinden mi geldi\u011fi bizce \u00e7okta \u00f6nemli de\u011fildir. <\/p>\n<p>Ahilik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bug\u00fcn hala konu\u015fuluyor olmas\u0131, hatta g\u00fcn\u00fcn ekonomik sisteminin t\u0131kanan noktalar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak g\u00f6sterilmesi kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir kurumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n mevcut oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. Mesleki E\u011fitim konu\u015fulurken veya Kurumsalla\u015fma kavram\u0131 konu\u015fulurken bu gelene\u011fin \u0131skalanmas\u0131 bilerek veya bilmeyerek yap\u0131lan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hatad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Ahilik gelene\u011fi y\u00fcz y\u0131llar boyunca hem mesleki e\u011fitim sorununu hem de i\u015fletmelerin yenile\u015fme sorununu kendi \u00fcslubunca \u00e7\u00f6zm\u00fc\u015f; kendisini yenileyemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in ve kas\u0131tl\u0131 engellemeler sonucu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde problem \u00e7\u00f6zemez hale gelmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p>Ahilik K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yak\u0131ndan incelendi\u011finde; insana \u00f6nem veren, bireyin b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak yeti\u015fmesine \u00f6zen g\u00f6steren bir sistem kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Ahilik hayat felsefesi derinden incelendi\u011finde \u201c\u00f6nce insan sonra kurum\u201d tabiri rahatl\u0131kla s\u00f6ylenebilir. Bug\u00fcn \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f y\u00f6netim sistemide g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc veya g\u00f6n\u00fcls\u00fcz \u00f6nce insan demeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kurumlar insanlara ra\u011fmen ya\u015fayamazlar, bug\u00fcn rahatl\u0131kla s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fimiz bir c\u00fcmle \u201c\u0130nsani de\u011ferlere kar\u015f\u0131 olan bir kurum sonunda \u00e7\u00f6kmeye mahkumdur.\u201d \u0130yi adamlar yeti\u015ftirmi\u015f kurum bir \u015fekilde hayat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecektir. \u0130yi de\u011ferlerin g\u00f6stermelik y\u00f6netim kalite el kitaplar\u0131nda de\u011filde insanlar\u0131n ak\u0131l ve g\u00f6n\u00fcllerinde ya\u015fat\u0131larak usta-\u00e7\u0131rak ili\u015fkisiyle yeni nesillere aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 en \u00f6nemli \u00f6ncelik olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Evet bir \u015feyler tan\u0131mlanmal\u0131, yol haritalar\u0131 belirlenmeli. Bu eskidende yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, f\u00fct\u00fcvvetnameler bug\u00fcn\u00fcn rehber y\u00f6netim el kitaplar\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak belirlenen yol haritalar\u0131 kurumun t\u00fcm h\u00fccrelerine sirayet etmelidir. \u00d6rnek olarak siz giri\u015f kap\u0131n\u0131zdaki g\u00f6revliye veya bah\u00e7enizdeki bah\u00e7\u0131van\u0131n\u0131za bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc a\u015f\u0131lamazsan\u0131z daha ilk ad\u0131mda d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelen biri sizin ne kadar kurumsal(!) oldu\u011funuzu anlar.<\/p>\n<p>Kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ahlak, kalite, s\u00fcreklilik kelimeleriyle \u00f6zetlenecek olursa ahilik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle ne kadar \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ahilik ve Kurumsalla\u015fma \u00fczerine s\u00f6ylenecek daha \u00e7ok s\u00f6z var. Bizde elimizden geldi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bu konuda yeni \u015feyler s\u00f6yleme gayretinde olaca\u011f\u0131z. Daha \u00f6nce Anadolu Y\u00f6netim sistemi olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z A-Kalite Y\u00f6netim Sistemi bu gelene\u011fe yaslanan ve \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ortak akl\u0131ndan da azami \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde faydalanan \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir y\u00f6netim sistemidir. En b\u00fcy\u00fck fark\u0131 insan \u00fczerinden hareketle tezlerini ortaya koymas\u0131 ve payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 esas almas\u0131d\u0131r. Ticari ahlak tekrar \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kacaksa belli de\u011ferler \u00fczere y\u00fckselmesi gerekmektedir. Bu noktada esnaf derneklerine, t\u00fcketici derneklerine, i\u015fveren ve i\u015f\u00e7i derneklerine \u00e7ok i\u015f d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. T\u00fcm bu kurumsal yap\u0131lar iyili\u011fi esas al\u0131p onu \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rsa ve yap\u0131lan yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar ortaya konulursa hayat\u0131m\u0131zda ba\u015f tac\u0131 olmas\u0131 gereken g\u00fcven yeniden kazan\u0131labilir. \u00d6ncelikli olarak yanl\u0131\u015f yapan if\u015fa edilmelidir ki bir daha yanl\u0131\u015f yapmas\u0131n.
